Terms of Service

ClipDog is a service operated by Solutions Numériques SebayTIS Inc., registered in Québec, Canada. Contact: clipdog@sebaytis.ca.

You upload a gameplay video; we auto-detect highlights (kills, clutches, multikills) and deliver a ZIP of edited clips (compilation + raw clips) to your email. Free tier: 1 clip per email, up to 30 min source, 720p. Pay-per-video ($3.49 CAD per job): one or more videos up to 2h total source, 1080p, full feature set.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Charges happen before processing. If we don't deliver usable clips of your highlights — no kills detected for your in-game name, our detection missed them, or a technical error on our side — we issue a full refund or re-run the job. Write to clipdog@sebaytis.ca within 14 days. No refund for "I changed my mind" once a correct ZIP has been generated.

You keep all rights to your gameplay video and the clips we produce. We never train any AI model on your gameplay. We never resell or syndicate your content.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload. Don't upload content depicting real violence, illegal acts, or non-public gameplay (e.g. another player's stream you're not authorized to clip). We may suspend or refund + delete jobs that violate this.

ClipDog is in early access and open to everyone — no invite or access code required. Service may be paused, throttled, or interrupted with limited notice. We'll always refund any paid job we cannot deliver.

Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We're a 2026 startup; you accept this.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
